Priya Ben prepares Choco Nutty using ingredients like melted dark chocolate , chocolate cream biscuit , chocolate chips , whip cream , pieces of cashew and almond , cream , colourful chocolates and chocolate stick. It was garnished with chocolate cream biscuit and chocolate stick. Next recipe was Bengali recipe named Mangrela (kalonji) nu Shak and Udad Daal ni Kachori prepared by Bhavina Ben. Puri was made by using ingredients like soaked and grinded udad daal , maida , salt , mangrela , chilli ginger paste , sooji and hing. Then she prepares Mangrela nu Shak using oil , mangrela , boiled potato , ginger chilli paste , salt , mustard , turmeric , garam masala and mudi (mamra) masala. It was garnished with coriander.
