300kg squat ! Went completely off plan but warm ups felt so good I had to keep going up , didn't actually feel too difficult but I can save a bigger weight for later I'm just buzzing to hit this milestone . I know 300kg isn't super heavy anymore but I've been wanting it for ages and it shows that everything is on the way up 😊 cannot wait for Britain's ! @manbeaststrong @sbdapparel @bigbenproducts @ . . .

Easing back into #heavysquats with some strong #beltless work here in sleeves . @brandon_senn has me focusing on #iap (intra-abdominal pressure) and how I use it , and I think that will make a pretty big difference in my stability and confidence when we do get to #maxeffort weights . Personally though I’m just grateful to feel back #inthegroove jn the gym . Now if I could only work out work . . .

This drives me so much . Sometimes you got to take a lose , but I was over confident since I got the 365 for 2 and parallel . For those who believe I squat like a powerlifter don’t realize that I immediately squat in the smith machine after and focus on tension specifically on quads . Plenty of more hypertrophy movements throughout the leg workout . Also throwing up isn’t an excuse for you to stop . . .
