    5kg up on wrapped squats this week with 140kg x3x10 . 😊 • This was after a whole bunch of tempo high bar squats , which were heavier than last week too . So wins across the board . 😁 • Today was a day of wins with a whole number things , and how could I not after the way @adriangarrubba & @campbelllssoup_ performed yesterday🙏🏼👌🏽 • Also my girlfriend needs to get her ass home @eloi . . .
