1. Squat Superset

    Starting to squat again this block after a long lay off and blown away I was able to comfortably hit 315 lbs for 6 reps (supersetted with 225 for 10) and this was AFTER doing leg extensions for 30/30/20/15/10 drop 10 drop 10 and squat sets of 20/15/12 and 8 .
