    Upright Rows & Dumbbell Shrugs 💯 . . Growth is an understatement for whats been achieved and what was done in my shoulder session yesterday with my bro @octo81 🙌🏾 . . Dont usually do Dumbell shrugs but you gotta alternate your training or else you’ll find yourself getting a bit bored during sessions , but MAINLY , you wont be hitting and working every muscle with the same workouts every wee . . .
