    Sometimes it feels like you’re barely moving the needle forward and then BAM you hit a PR of over a minute in a four week span . . . I loathe this workout ! But I have a new appreciation now . I could feel where I had improved and could see where there’s more room for improvement . That also doesn’t mean I want to retest this any time soon . 🙈😵🙅🏻‍♀️ point #teamjulian . . . . . . . . .
