    Wasn't going to share this but @webby_lifter has made some superb progress over the past few months so was overdue a boo boo Had a play at barbell this week with some no contact snatch . Nice little exercise that focuses on keeping the bar close and ensuring that the athletes pulls virtical with the leg drive and doesn't over pull the lift . . . like this 😘 🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍ . . .
