Great on its on or in superset with hip extension lunges , squats or deadlifts . To do it: ๐ŸŒŸ position your bum as close to the rower as possible , heels go on top of pad ๐ŸŒŸ lift hips up and keep them up throughout the whole set ๐ŸŒ . . .
