    A look back at Barbell Club from Tuesday ! Had a great turn out and a great environment too ! Good to see @dantolfrey1989 throwing some weight around . . . . Managed to PB his clean at 130kg and just missed the power jerk ! Managed a 5kg PB of 125Kg before this too !     Wasn't going to share this but @webby_lifter has made some superb progress over the past few months so was overdue a boo boo Had a play at barbell this week with some no contact snatch . Nice little exercise that focuses on keeping the bar close and ensuring that the athletes pulls virtical with the leg drive and doesn't over pull the lift . . . like this 😘 πŸ‹οΈβ€β™‚οΈπŸ‹οΈβ€β™‚οΈπŸ‹οΈβ€ . . .
