    I love training in different gyms when traveling , but sometimes they are lacking the equipment I would prefer for the muscle groups I plan to train that day . Quads were on the menu this day , so I got creative . Setting the bar right above the calves for support and adding a kettlebell for extra weight was the perfect combo to challenge my quads . The “sissy squat” came alive . I challenge you . . .

    These 1 1/2 squats are a great exercise to build strength in the bottom half of your squat . So if you can squat well but lose depth when you get to higher weights , give these a go on a comfortable weight , trust me that weight doesn't stay comfortable for long . This exercise is a quad killer ! 😜 Keep the changes of direction controlled and don't bounce off the bottom of your squat ! #gtfitness # . . .

    For today's piece of torture let me introduce you to the bitch skillmill by @technogym - basically it's a piece of equipment that handed my fat arse to me on a plate 😲 30 secs on max resistance doing a sled push followed by 30 secs flat out sprints (yes I know I remind you of Usain Bolt here 😁) I did 4 sets of these and can't stop my #quadzilla shaking ! #sledgang #sprints #dying
