    LA Fitness - BALLARD - Back day . . . & Triceps - Back & Triceps . . . Even though I’m hitting lat/back poses here (because I had just finished back an was moving onto triceps) I really focused on the 3 heads of the triceps I actually separate them from bicep days except for one day of the week I’ll super set them . I separate them to really go into the mind to muscle connection to truly be in tune . . .
