Woman jumps to death from Central Park Hotel

Yesterday around 2:40 pm a woman fell from the 12th FLR of 1 Hotel Central Park in Manhattan. She was pronounced dead on the scene. The woman had been on the facade of the building with her feet on a windowsill. After about 10 minutes she let go , before officers could continue with engage with her. There was a request for a rescue airbag to be setup , however there was not enough time to get it ready.
